What makes me me ?
Out of lifelong experiences as a dancer and performer in the entertainment world, I gained a wide variety of skill sets and experiences throughout my whole life.
From being a character/creature and stunt actress in the film world, a teacher and choreographer in the theatre world, to a body & nude art model for artistic, commercial and abstract work – I experienced it all.
Besides the professional training since day 1, being certified and having diplomas, it was my love, and urge to explore all platforms and ways of expressing myself that allowed me to become a multi skilled performer, equipped me with lots of KNOW-HOW collected over many, many years out of a huge variety of different jobs in different fields and countries, working with all media and live platforms.
What do i offer as a coach & teacher?
Besides the professional trainings, being certified and having diplomas. It always has been my love, my passion and urge to keep exploring all platforms and ways of expressing myself. Are solo shoots possible?
I am happy to travel anywhere if the costs will be partly covered. (Depending on where I am coming from, the hourly shoot prize can vary).
I also have my Loft where I live and create everything. It’s a great location to shoot.
I do have a good light set up, photo backdrop, high ceilings and aerial rigging. Lots of options for photo and video shoots.
I am also offering remote shoots.

Do I need a studio or shooting space?
I have a big Loft where I live, train, work and create everything.
It’s a great location to shoot and produce.
I do have a good light setup, photo backdrop, high ceilings, and aerial rigging. Other rooms and authentic corners to shoot at. Costumes, fabrics, props, etc.
Lots of options for photo and video shoots.
Why should you book me for your choreography?

Why is mobility such a key factor to anything we want to do with our body, no matter what your goal is, no matter what movement style you are interested in and HOW does mobility affect our mental and well-being stage?
Once including mobility training in your work-out, you will experience more range of motion in all body parts, which will cause an overall feeling of freedom which translates also to our mental happiness. Creating more mobility in the joints, space within your own body through gentle movement exercises, feeling unstuck, more freedom in the whole body causes more freedom in our mind. Massage your muscles and joints from inside out. This will affect more space in your mind and, therefore, an overall better and more free feeling. It IS a domino effect.
Why you should build strength!
Muscular Strength is for protecting the body, for experiencing the feel of inner power, fire and our warrior energy and also for training the mind to focus and to be disciplined.
Strength can be approached and used in so many ways. The key is to build up the strength that serves your body type, your physical goals and your lifestyle. Another key factor is, how and what kind of strength training you choose to support your well-being, your feeling of vitality, health and becoming your own super-hero.
Do you only model for photoshoots?
I model for group workshops and events.
I also offer posing coaching and I am happy to share my knowledge on what to look for when working with the body and poses, for photographers.
What are the benefits of physical flexibility?
Feel and experience that amazing sensation of more physical space by gaining flexibility. Prevent tightness and the feeling of stuck in your joints and ligaments, which always transforms into our mind and overall well-being. Another benefit is the experience of achievement which has such a great side effect.
